Messages from individuals other than authorized law enforcement or their legal representatives will be redirected to our Telegram support channel.
User Responsibilities

- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- By using kurwy.xyz, you confirm that you understand and accept this responsibility.
Content that violates these guidelines will be removed without notice, and may be reported to relevant authorities if required by law.

- kurwy.xyz and its administrators operate in compliance with applicable legal standards in relevant jurisdictions.
- The platform does not assume responsibility for user-generated content.
- In accordance with Polish law (Article 14 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means), the platform is not liable for user-generated content as long as it has no knowledge of its unlawful nature. Upon receiving a notification, we take appropriate action.
- We do not support, condone, or facilitate harassment, cyberbullying, or acts of violence.
Any content that directly threatens individuals, incites harm, or violates law will be removed immediately upon review.
